Pinned (VOILA! Festival)

  • 265 Camden High Street London, England, NW1 7BU United Kingdom (map)

Set against the backdrop of contemporary Paris, Pinned is a bilingual, intimate story that delves into the complexities of love, purpose, and the search for belonging. Claire, an academic from New Zealand finishing her social anthropology master's in Paris, meets Léo, a disillusioned Parisian cellist caught in the slipstream of her own life. The two women form a bond that challenges them both to confront who they are and what they want from their futures. Written in both English and French, Pinned challenges our preconceptions about what it means to love someone and what it means to allow ourselves to be undone by someone else.
