As World War III erupts under bizarre circumstances, the Cricket World Cup is cancelled. Now the only thing on quintessential British couch potato Woodrow MacGuffin's mind is: "How do I bring it back?!" Propelled out of his Anglophone comfort zone, Woody must navigate a discombobulating world of languages and cultures he doesn't understand to get the cricket back up and running, preferably without being blown to smithereens... As the war rages on, our hero races against the clock across the globe. Dr. Strangelove meets Marty Supreme (If Marty were Mr Bean..) in this absurd, action-packed solo comedy.
